去香港前看了tripadvisor,香港排行第一名的是
<奕居酒店 The Upper House>

 

看起來好正呀~不論哪國的網友評價幾乎都是:“無可挑剔的完美!” 不論是服務跟房間舒適度,或是它所在的位置,皆被人贊許。是有這麼誇張嗎?很幸運的我這次就住進這間有神一般評價的酒店,幫大家探索一番囉!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


位置大概如下:


機場過去不算方便,坐捷運的話要做到中環再轉另一個線到金鐘站



金鐘站離中環、薇多利亞港、尖沙嘴以及銅鑼灣這些重要觀光區都很近。

<弈居 The Upper House>頗負盛名,是tripadvisor上香港第一名的飯店, 位在金鐘站,穿越一個百貨公司會到達一個都是高級飯店的區域,它沒有明顯的標示,不大好找一進去就有人來接待,接待人員有華人也有外國人,看來不少客人都是老外。會有一位人員帶領進入房間,這次我住第38樓。

 

 

 

電梯很大!!這是我第一次坐到這麼大的電梯呀~實在是太surprising裡面還有瓷器做裝飾。




一到38樓,哇呀好喜歡這樣自然透光的景觀,

也有小水池跟裝飾,很有氣質。


往上看,中間那一槓是酒bar唷,淡淡的質感美。

 

一進去好奇,打開茶水的箱子,裡面有九種茶可以選。右手邊的咖啡是illy的咖啡膠囊,是迷你吧中最得我心的東西呀!迷你吧里提供的飲料、堅果、餅乾等樣樣美味,品類豐富唷。

裡面汽水 啤酒 紅酒 牛奶都有



抽屜打開就有iPad但我覺得沒有很好用,純粹噱頭,功能不強大,功能跑得很慢。

抽屜整體質感好棒,iPad充電線默默收納在其中。

<奕居酒店 The Upper House>的精緻度是值得細心去體會的...


不論臥房或浴室都十分寬敞,在寸土寸金的香港來講真的是一絕!


在這能夠擁有絕佳的視野,無論是在床上,在沙發上,或是在浴缸內泡澡時都能夠擁有非常開闊的景觀,讓人忘卻了自己再擁擠的香港。

以下是我在tripadvisor上對<奕居酒店 The Upper House>的評價,在寫這評價之前是有小插曲的。我認為這房間我什麼都很愛,佈置等等都很高級跟細膩,但竟然在我check out那天早上跳電,真的是花惹發?要洗澡時電動窗簾下不來,是怎樣...什麼都不會動,這方面的維修服務等等速度很慢,態度很普通,讓我沒能有一個很好的結尾,有點可惜,但可能只是特例,應該沒人那麼衰。


基本上若是預算上允許,大家還是可以考慮去住,體驗細膩有質感的酒店,享受大好美景,有種大隱隱於市的感覺喔!



After I read the great reviews for The Upper House, I went there with great expectation and looked forward to having great stays. The hotel is located in a fairly central location, it takes around 5-minutes from the hotel to Admiralty MTR station, which is great since we could go to any shopping area in 5-20 minutes by MTR; you can essentially get anywhere! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff in the lobby, and then our room was shown by a guest experience member, which was great. The room is quite big and the overall hardwares in room are brilliant. Love the atmosphere, love the bed, love the sofa, love the bathroom, almost everything! However, there's one thing, unfortunately, making me feel truly disappointed. In the morning that we were about to leave, there was a problem with its electricity. It literally had blackout in our room. I could not open the curtain by the remoter , and there's no AC in our room..Since there's no one responding to our room service request for ten minutes( there's a button for this request), and the in-room phone was out of battery as well, I desperately went to the toilet and used the phone in it...in such a world-class hotel... After around 30-40 minutes, the issue was finally resolved by an engineer. When checking out, we gently expressed the issue we had. However, we only received a business card of the guest experience manager, who promised us will make us feel better next time, which we barely feel their sincerity. We did not really want anyone to feel embarrassed so we said OK and left. The problem-solving skill and communication skill of the customer service team still have rooms to improve.
